This weekend has been busy & fun! I had a blast with my friend, Alden, as we wandered around Staunton scoping out great locations for her senior portraits. Once again, it was beautiful weather and the setting sun provided excellent lighting. Aldie was awesome and tried everything I asked of her! I think the images speak for themselves...a beautiful girl, inside & out...

We finished our session back at Alden's house where her dog Coley was reluctant to get into the game. After 10 minutes of calling, clapping and bribing (with cheese), her mom, Martha, rescued us and stood behind me to get Coley's attention. I love these two in sequence...it was worth the effort!

"Magic" Hour

Saturday was a great afternoon for a photo session! Many thanks to Emily, Doug, Donna and Hannah for sharing Magic with me. Magic was more interested in the green lawn than posing for photos, but Emily did a great job! We also took advantage of the setting sun to get some great images of Emily alone. Hope you all enjoy the sneak previews!

Baby Love

I had such a fun time this morning with this little guy. Just two weeks old today, Grayson was such a trooper and was very patient with me. Here is a sneak peek for his mom and dad of some of the images we captured today. Thanks for sharing your beautiful baby with me!

So Happy it is Spring!

I love a sharp dressed man and Michael always look good! We wanted to take advantage of the beautiful weather on Saturday and found some great spots in downtown Staunton afternoon to snap these images. Thanks for going along for the ride, Michael. Didn't know what you had agreed to, did you??

A Day in D.C.

We had a great time in Washington, D.C. this weekend. It was a beautiful day for walking and for taking photos. The Hamo brothers were awesome! My boys haven't stopped talking about you two...seriously! Here are a few image previews for you guys:

I cross-processed this one for a more edgy, urban look. What do ya think? Check out your gallery on line at the website for a storyboard in this style.
